Greenway Kia and Kia Corporate are so incompetent, they have had my vehicle for an entire week now and still do not have a resolution for my vehicle that is under warranty still. At one point they told me my vehicle was ready only to find out when I drove 45 minutes to pick it up, that it in fact was not ready. I have a 2022 Kia Stinger that I bought here. Everytime that I have brought my car in for service, this place manages to screw something up…EVERY TIME. Today I brought my car in for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15. At 10:40 I was told that they were about to get started with the oil change and that it would only be another 30 minutes… an hour later, the service tech came and told me the mechanic has rotated the tires only to realize the tires are different sizes and now they need to switch them back…(WTH?!)

I had to take my car in to be serviced after the engine blew (a 2014 Forte I had bought from another dealer 4 months prior). They kept me up-to-date on everything. It took 3 weeks because of the warranty company, but after that was settled, my car was done in 2 days. Sandra was super sweet and easy to work with. I would take my car here any time!
I had an amazing experience at Greenway Kia of Franklin. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Not helpful or professional. One employee looked at us kinda rolled his eyes turned his back to us and then had someone else help us. Awful! Put a deposit on an EV9 in October and only ever heard from sales people trying to sell me another car. They refuse to refund the refundable deposit or even respond to inquiries.

I went to buy a used car & the salesman was extremely pushy in trying to get me to buy a new car. Although it sounded tempting at the time, I felt taken advantage of after, as a single woman buying a car. I wouldn't go back.
Our experience with Greenway Kia of Franklin during the purchase of Our 2024 Telluride could not have been better. The entire Greenway Kia of Franklin Staff, especially Our Salesman Ronnie Carter, were very Professional, Knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in making sure Our needs were met. Sales Manager Dennis Johnson was a pleasure to work with as well. We will definitely return to Greenway Kia of Franklin for Our future vehicle needs!!!

It took me months to get my paperwork from the dealership and when I did finally get it, I discovered that I had been beaten out of Two Thousand dollars on my trade in. Over all a good experience and I got a great deal. However communication inside the dealership could be improved.
The service on my car was estimated to take 2.5 hours; however, they were able to finish the service and wash my car and vac in 1.5 hours. Corey did a great job in coordinating everything and educated me any service recommendations. Excellent Experience!

I wish you could give a zero. They have had my Cadenza since June 27. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was a recall on the windshield and would need to order one. They told me they might have my car for a couple weeks, so I rented a car from Enterprise. I have called repeatedly and finally got a call back from the service manager on July 11. We called for an appointment on an oil leak . We came in for our appointment on 3/29/2023 . We again explained the problem They checked our information and said we had 7 recalls also . He said they had cars on lot waiting with oil leaks from February. So they could not help us. Then said we should go somewhere else. Did not even check the leak. We got our Kia Sorento from them and it was still under warranty. Very disappointed in this service , would not recommend this Dealership.
Service is a 4, but sales is 3. That said, I have recently approached them for another car.
I bought a Honda Accord here in February. They said we needed to finance it. Now I know it was so they could tack a “luxe package” and a warranty that’s cost almost $4000. The luxe package itself was $700. Our salesman told us it was worth it because if you get a scratch on your car you can bring it back and they will fix it for free. I went to Greenway Kia ready to buy either a Telluride or Sorento. I test drove the telluride and loved it! After telling them what I was looking for we started talking about prices. Took my 2021 Telluride in to fix sunroof that spontaneously came off track. SIX WEEKS later, I am still waiting on ANY communication regarding the situation. Calls go unanswered. I spoke with person on sales side to research the issue, but still no response. I will retrieve vehicle in still-damaged state and stay far, far away from this incompetent bunch.

Bought a used car thinking I was buying a new one they disclosed this, unknowingly to them that I would figure their deceit out! I took the car in for an oil change and an air filter... THREE hours later...the car was finished. They told me it was going to be 1 1/2-2hrs and that was with an appointment. I went to pay and it was mentioned to me by a lady who overheard a phone call that the air filter was out of stock and didn't get installed, even though I was about to pay for it. I bought a 2020 Kia Soul in August 2020. Only received one key and wanted another, which I should have received. Multiple calls. No callbacks despite leaving messages. There have been 2 recalls in less than a year. Service hours limited so had to miss work. The service guy also told me if I got my oil change elsewhere the warranty is voided. Of course, that’s not true. Watch out.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for my wife. I found the exact car I was looking for on Autotrader at a very nice price. I was approved for a Toyota lease but their inventory was low. So I thought I would give some thought to a Kia. Taylor Melendez responded in a timely fashion but after submitting a preapproval app I never heard back from her. It's not like me to then reach back out but I did. Still no response from her. I still don't know if I was approved or not but they will never get my business due too her complete unprofessionalism.
Don't think much of them. I bought a car 21 of July and still don't have it. Was promised the air would work but still don't have my car. They suck.
Service department treated my daughter great. She was out of town and they bent over backwards to help her feel safe and taken care of.

BEWARE!!!! Went to buy a car that I found on Carfax. I called the dealership 4-5 times and talked about the car I was interested in. Drove 2 hours to make the deal only to find out “they must-quoted” the price by $6,000.00. I never saw the car I went to look at. I believe that car never existed. Just a ploy to get you into the dealership. Stay away from these people.
My salesman, Marcus, was wonderful, through and answered all my questions and concerns and couldn't have been better to work with! The manager was also great and offered me a very good deal on my second Kia Sportage! This dealership had the best selection of Kias in my opinion as well! This past Saturday 12/05/2020 my wife and I purchased our first KIA vehicle (2019 KIA Sorrento) from the above referenced location. Horrible place, ordered a car, told it would take 4 weeks, now 14 weeks later, no car. Have been told a number of “stories”, the salesman that sold us the car 14 weeks ago quit, and also the salesman that took over for him quit...both nice guys who returned phone calls. Now we are left with the “sales manager” Rick, who is incompetent, and doesn’t take or return phone calls. The dealership could care less about our experience or any type of customer service. Always great service! Sometimes they are very busy and take a while. Upfront about accidntly damaging my brake rotors when changing my brake pads. No charge for damage they did, free replacement and earned my respect.
I would never ever recommend Kia in Franklin!!! Their service center is the worst, and very lazy... I hope I'm never dumb enough go there again!!!!
Service representative was excellent. Had had a misunderstanding a couple of months ago, and Tairrans made sure this experience was top notch. Waiting space was good. Couldn’t access the guest internet but that wasn’t an issue for me.
